"Even after 30 years of living in Houston, I never got used to mosquitoes ruling the outside. Over the years, I attended outdoor events in neighbors’ yards where I saw misting systems along the fence —worthless. Mosquitoes were still biting me. And the city’s fogging trucks coming every night are also a waste.
