Been with Mosquito Squad for almost two years now. Technicians like Eric are always on time and do a great job protecting our yard from mosquitoes. Definitely adds to the outdoor fun when there are fewer critters to worry about.

We have used Mosquito Squad of Charlotte for the past few years and we have been able to enjoy using our outdoor space because we don’t experience the discomfort of mosquito bites anymore. The technician appears to be very thorough with the treatment of our property, and notifies us when they are on their way and when they have serviced our yard. Overall we are very pleased with the quality of service.

I’ve been a customer for about three months and have been impressed by their communication and follow through. Combating mosquitos on an individual property is not an easy task if neighboring properties have conditions that favor mosquito populations. They have always responded to requests for retreatments as promised. In fact, we had a birthday party planned and wanted to have one more treatment service to make sure we could enjoy our outdoor patio. Even though we missed the last service date for the season, they went out of their way to schedule and service our property to ensure our event was a success. Way to go above and beyond your promise to customer service!!

Last Summer (2018) my neighbors and I could not sit out at all. We tried sitting out during the day but the mosquitos had taken over our lawns. I contacted Mosquito Squad and all 6 of us had them spray our lawns (our lawns are joined in the back). This was the best investment we have ever made. We could sit out on our patios anytime of the day or night. The cost was reasonable and their staff is professional, courteous and prompt. I am looking into the Automatic misting system for next year. I have recommended them to several people in the Huntley, IL area.

The service is excellent, from the original service request, to the emails notifying you of when the service will take place, to the actual day of service. Shaphan was the employee sent to our house and he was very kind, informative and thorough. But the most important aspect of this service is the fact that I don’t have to spray the kids with repellent every time they go outside. No mosquitoes!!

We have lived in our house for 18 years and have never been able to enjoy our yard. We do yard work in early spring and late fall and the rest of the year except for mowing we have stayed indoors. The mosquitoes have been so bad it was torture to go outside even for a quick trip to walk guests to their cars. All I can say is YEA! Not one mosquito bite, and we have been clearing shrubs and trees on our property for the last few days. Unbelievable.
