They gave me a tentative spray schedule(could change depending on weather of course.) & they also give you about a 10 - 15 minute heads up before they come, which is great if you have pets to let out to do their business. I will definitely keep using their services as it keeps me from having to buy all the stuff & drag out the sprayer, etc. My neighbors across the street have been using them for a few yrs now, as well as some neighbors down the street so I decided to give them a try & so happy I did.
