"I like your service In the past always been most accommodating and good results The only thing I have an issue with is I called once because I received a email saying they are coming the next day. I believe it would have been a Thursday. I received a nasty email back saying if I reschedule to the following week I would lose my ability to have a return visit. I’ve done this before with no issues. I understand it’s a program and needs to be on a schedule. But it was four days difference. Plus I usually never have to call you all back. So I let it be, then it rained that day got an email saying their rescheduling because of ran. My next appointment is Tuesday So how is it that it’s okay for you to reschedule by a couple days but the customer can’t?"
