After a pleasant phone conversation with Alexxis, all questions were answered, payment terms adjusted, and we were scheduled for service the next day. The service technician was informative, courteous, and efficient (though initially confused since his service order indicated a more comprehensive treatment than we requested). It was emphasized that retreatment would be performed over the next 3 weeks if needed...at no extra charge. A good thing."
