A beloved friend was dying of cancer and her community was starting to gather around her. She was very sensitive to noise and any kind of commotion, so we took to having all visitors gather on the back porch. Her house wasn't very big, so pretty much anytime people weren't directly caring for her, they were outside. We were getting eaten alive by mosquitos and harassed by the yellow jackets who lived under the porch (did I mention that's were we were all sitting??). After about 3 days of this, we decided we really needed to do something, but our friend had a beautiful organic garden and we knew how committed she was to avoiding toxins on her land. One of the visitors heard us discussing the issue and recommended the Mosquito Squad. I called the next morning. When I explained the situation, there was such kindness and understanding. They squeezed us into the schedule for the very next day. But the great customer service doesn't end there. When Wyatt and his partner showed up, they were greeted by one person telling them to start in the back. Then another person told them to start in the front. So they started in the front. When they were ready to come to the back again, there was a meeting in progress, and so they got waved off again. They were so understanding and accomodating and went to take care of another property nearby and returned after the meeting was over. FINALLY, they got to do their job. I am so incredibly grateful to the entire team for the care and kindness you showed each person you interacted with. And by the way, we have no mosquitos or yellow jackets!!
