"Just had my aunt move to? northern Wisconsin up from the Carolinas, and while I've been in the business for a decade, my company doesn't reach this area. Called around, and while other companies were nice and all that, Caitlyn was an absolute joy! She gave us the information I was looking for, and was even able to fit us in quickly! The price is solid (speaking as an IL resident who is well adjusted with the whole setup), the products are varried between more natural options, or the standard non-organic treatments. Your honey bees and butterflies are safe, and it's okay if it rains after. Caitlyn was able to field my questions as I asked in depth stuff (I'm picky with these treatments as I still do them, I just didn't bring my gear with me), and took it all in stride, ON a Monday, EARLY, and even during what is arguably the highest pest control activity/stress week of the season. "Last year we moved nearby from southern Wisconsin and had no idea how bad the mosquitos were up here. After an attempt in early June to grill out on the deck and being eaten alive to the point we decided to not grill at all and throw It in the oven, We decided to call and get a quote from mosquito squad. We were greeted with a friendly and kind staff that helped us evaluate our property and pick the best plan for us. After our first and second treatment the difference was night and day! We were able to sit out on the deck and grill and even have a fire with only a few mosquitoes flying around, not enough to bother us! The technicians that treated our home were very friendly, knowledgeable, and polite. They answered all our questions and gave us suggestions on how we can help prevent the spread of mosquitoes ourselves. Being from Southern Wisconsin we didn’t deal with a lot of ticks either. We have a dog that loves to run around in our yard and be outside as much as he can and was Picking up quite a few since moving here. But after our treatment we hadn’t found any for the rest of the year! We are very pleased with this service and will be continuing with it!"
