"They were friendly , understanding as i have a pollinators paradise and did not want my pollinators harmed which they were not after treatment. They were on time up front, not pressuring or salesy. Informative and the tech was very nice and professional. I have to say im happy with the treatment as i see less of the annoying harmful insects and actually more bees and butterflies. "Bella was very helpful in coordinating treatment to my property quickly. Desmond completed the treatment both times and was super friendly and patient answering my questions! We had a great event. Some mosquitoes came out really late but there are some factors to consider. We live in an area with lots of trees and other plants as well as there is a retention pond very near by. And I know next year to allow for two weeks for treatment rather than just one. I think this company did everything in their power to make sure we were a satisfied customer.
