"I have been using Mosquito Squad for a couple of years. I stopped last year because I really wanted the same person coming out to the property and they didn’t seem to be able to do that. The GOOD thing is that we started over with them this year because we were inundated with ticks. They were crawling all over the woodwork on the outside of the house. They were all over…if you so much stood in the grass for two seconds they would be crawling up your legs and on your arms. I never saw such a heavy infestation and I pretty much can Pinpoint that it had something to do with the excessive rain that we were experiencing this year, as well as a very mild winter, so the Tick nests really did not die. It was at a point that the dogs would bring them in so they would jump off one host to the human host and it was a terrible uncomfortable feeling and I never want to go through that again. At The beginning of the season, Mosquito Squad sent one gentleman. I can’t remember his name, but he only stayed about five minutes maximum and I wasn’t happy about that because we have way too many shrubs and way too much property for a person to be here for 5 to 10 minutes. After I complained. they sent someone else 2 months ago, but again, there was no attention to detail and the technician and his associate were here about 15 minutes, IF that long. I still wasn’t happy so I asked them to please send somebody else and I’m kind of glad because we hit the jackpot with Jerome. Jerome is outstanding and he literally sprayed every bush, every tree and every section of grass, behind the barn around the house you name it he did it. I was so pleased. I gave him a $20 tip because I saw how diligent he was and I wanted only him to come back. Today, July 19, 2025, I thought they were sending Jerome but instead they sent his brother/cousin, his name is Corey, and he literally was aces. Like Jerome, he did the outside of the property so we opened the gates for him, every bush, every tree, every square inch of grass. He was absolutely phenomenal. He told us that he trained his brother/cousin Jerome so I had a very good feeling about this guy He did the barrier treatment like we did last month and he stayed probably a good 40 minutes. He went around the property three times because that’s about what we need here and he went all the way in the back to the gated portion and took care of that as well. I have to say he and Jerome are the only people I want coming here. I know this is a seasonal job for these guys so I will hate to see them go but I sure hope that the owner of Mosquito Squad takes heed to my recommendation as well as this review and keeps both Cory and Jerome Throughout the year, perhaps maybe have them do mice or something of that nature. I would hate not to start fresh in March 2026 with yet another technician. Please send either Corey or Jerome to my house again next month both of them are the best, best employees that Mosquito Squad has and I definitely want them back. Both did phenomenal jobs."
