"We called two different places before calling Mosquito Squad and spoke to either AI or to people following scripts. We had to provide a bunch of info and then were told to wait for a call back for information. We were in a time crunch so kept making calls and thank goodness found Mosquito Squad. The person who answered the phone was friendly, helpful and HUMAN! She got us scheduled right away and they were out here two days later for the first application. The team member that came to apply the treatment was friendly and helpful, and before she arrived we got a text telling us her name and a little bit about her. Couldn't love this approach more and am so glad we found them."
