Our Guarantee"I am unable to post anything negative about my experience with Mosquito Squad...everything they did deserved a 5-star plus! During my initial phone conversations with them (yes, plural...there were several) they patiently, knowledgeably, & professionally answered all my questions. The on-site delivery of their service (I had them spray for wasps, grasshoppers, & Japanese Beetles [the natural cedar-based spray]) was accomplished expertly & promptly. After both sprayings, I called to ask them to return for an additional spraying (the first time the wasps did not show a 90% deterrence & after the second spraying [not the call-back for wasps] the Japanese Beetle population did not reduce by 90%). Both times they addressed my concerns & returned to re-spray. The MS team was, throughout the entire process, extraordinarily gracious, helpful, professional, & committed to providing outstanding service...which they did every time! I have been recommending their services to everyone who gardens. I also credit them with restoring my sanity throughout Japanese Beetle season this summer. Their natural cedar-based spray was a god-send! I was absolutely amazed at the results, which easily defied all my meager expectations due to all the products I have used over the years to fight them...products that either failed miserably (grade: F) or produced results so minor so as to not be useful (grade: C- or D). Mosquito Squad results gets an A+ for outstanding service & results. I will be engaging their services again next year & will start earlier in the year in order to ward off the summer onslaught of all three of these invaders, especially the Japanese Beetles. It's also worth mentioning that the initial spraying for grasshoppers (July) was such a success that I didn't have to have another spraying. I can't say enough good about MS! And their customer-service is the best of the best, incredibly impressive! When I called them on a Sunday, the one before Labor Day, after discovering two large wasp nests, I fully expected to get a recording asking me to leave a message. Not so! A person answered & while she couldn't schedule me until Tuesday morning, due to the holiday weekend, she was a "REAL" person who exemplified caring & understanding about my dilemma & who professionally assured me that service would be forthcoming asap. How many corporations give such service? With large corporations gobbling up small businesses & customer-service be damned, the fact that they are a local, family-owned, small business is important to me. In addition to those facts, I add another: MS is incredibly responsive...from initial contact to delivery of service to re-spraying, if needed, to follow-up. They are the real deal & I am so grateful to their entire team for making my battles with annual summer plagues a thing of the past."

"A bid for treating our wasp issue was submitted right away, but had some confusing info. and payment terms that we didn't agree with. After a pleasant phone conversation with Alexxis, all questions were answered, payment terms adjusted, and we were scheduled for service the next day. The service technician was informative, courteous, and efficient (though initially confused since his service order indicated a more comprehensive treatment than we requested). It was emphasized that retreatment would be performed over the next 3 weeks if needed...at no extra charge. A good thing."
