Our Winter Treatments

You’ll have three treatments over the course of the winter, with roughly 5 weeks between each treatment.

We’ll start off November with a Pre-Inspection and Treatment, allowing us to take a last look over the property before sight lines get lost in snow and gloom. We want to take note of the top concerns and problem areas. We’ll treat the foundation with a residual spray and target the cracks and crevices around your home with a lasting dust.

Beginning in the new year, we’ll be back for our mid-winter check-in. Checking traps, treating inside your home if necessary, and reapplying treatment outside. We want to make sure we’re staying on top of your pest concerns.

Once winter starts to thaw out, we’ll have a third and final winter treatment with some spring preparation. Again, getting out there to check on stations and treat around your home. We’ll make sure the weather is nice enough to spread some granules to start defending your yard from the awakening pests.

You hired us to keep you home as pest-free as it can be, and that is our plan this winter.
