"EDIT: Eric has great customer service skills and you could tell he stands behind his business and genuinely wants his customers to be satisfied. Mosquito squad came out and sprayed our yard again and thankfully my husband and I don’t seem to be getting bitten by chiggers anymore. Originally called mosquito squad due to chiggers and ants in our yard after seeing on their website that they treat for these issues. Was told that the flea and tick grass option would be the best treatment for these issues and agreed to have the barrier mosquito treatment as well considering we live near a woods and pond it couldn’t hurt even though we don’t have a huge issue with mosquitos. After the first treatment we saw zero improvement with the chiggers and ants outside and were still getting bit. I called to modify the service to get only the grass treatment because I felt that during the first service the techs didn’t concentrate enough on the grass, especially since that was our main concern. I spoke with the secretary twice about modifying this service and she stated she would look into it and call me back. She did not call me back either time and after the third time I called she did return my call and stated they couldn’t provide just the grass treatment without also doing the barrier mosquito treatment. I understand their reasoning behind this, but I don’t want to pay for an additional service I don’t need when I wasn’t satisfied with the outcome the first time. I wouldn’t recommend using mosquito squad if your pest issues are grass related."
