"Our technician came out today! He did a great job spraying from what I can tell so far. He was very friendly. I didn’t know much in advance that he was coming at that time. But he called when he arrived and offered to move a couple things I had out in the backyard for my kids. And also made sure I knew about the satisfaction guaranteed policy. "We noticed the same day of treatment that the pesty gnats and mosquitoes definitely declined. It's almost two weeks since the treatment and started noticing spots that may need hit again. "I am very impressed with the organization and service of this company. Previously I had been working with a competitor, but we paused service for a while, and then recently when trying to restart service, I could not get that other company to call me back. So after several weeks / tries, I gave up on them and reached out to Mosquito Squad instead. First, Mosquito Squad's automated (AI?) text service helped gather my info, and made me at least feel attended to. Then, just an hour or so later, a real human (Brittney) from their office called to complete the process. We easily went over the details, she sent an estimate via text, I signed digitally, and the technician was on my property to spray within another hour. Maybe it sounds a bit too simple, to be impressed by this... but that's the point! It *should* be this simple. And too often these days, companies make things overly complicated, or take forever to respond, or try to replace human service with machines, instead of using both in harmony. Based on my experience today, I feel like Mosquito Squad is doing things right, and I will definitely be switching to them for our home's future needs."
