    We have been long time customers of Mosquito Squad. We tried another company a few years back, but their product didn't work as well. Not only does the product work and allow us to enjoy the outdoors, but I think it keeps our animals free from bites, too. Their customer service is the best! They call me before arriving, so I can put my animals inside as per my request. Dee has been my technician for a few years now and he is courteous and thorough in the job he does. I highly recommend them!

    We literally live in our backyard from April until Thanksgiving. We spend a lot of money to make the yard welcoming and comfortable. We realized what a waste of time and money spent on a yard we cannot spend time in because the mosquitos are absolutely horrible in our water community. Mosquito Squad has given us our beautiful yard back. Their rates are affordable, their employees respectful, their scheduling and coordination of schedule changes is always easy, their customer service is wonderful.     I bought into the full yearly program. But mosquitos were my reason for calling a few short of weeks ago when I got attacked by them in my backyard. Mosquitos LOVE me! I truly HATE them. I can honestly say, I’ve been outside in my backyard multiple times a day playing with my dogs and have not been bitten. I’ve had the two initial treatments. Even our indoor carpenter ants are gone!! I will say with this weeks heavy rains, our once bone dry indoor/outdoor pond that we plan to cover over with patio in the fall, well it got a few inches of rain and apparently hatched or seemed inviting to mosquitos in the past two days that are ONLY in my sunroom where the pond is. Me and the dogs are not bothered at all in the yard. But one quick text to Mosquito Squad and I’m already on the next business days schedule for complimentary treatment! No questions asked. I like swift responses and quick satisfactory resolutions. The salespeople are also EXTREMELY knowledgeable about all of their products, understand our local metroplex weather, seasons and pests and will treat accordingly. And very friendly. I never felt like I was being “sold”. Thank you, especially to Kara, Marcus and Amanda. And a bonus detail that I personally appreciate is you do not have to provide an email address. You can simply communicate via text. They reply in one day. I love it!!

    All I can say is YEA! Not one mosquito bite, and we have been clearing shrubs and trees on our property for the last few days. Unbelievable.     We have lived in our house for 18 years and have never been able to enjoy our yard. We do yard work in early spring and late fall and the rest of the year except for mowing we have stayed indoors. The mosquitoes have been so bad it was torture to go outside even for a quick trip to walk guests to their cars. We had our first treatment a few days ago and already we have spent more time outdoors than we have in all the time combined over the last 18 years. We sat out there all evening yesterday.     This was our second application to keep our yard free of bugs. The service is excellent, from the original service request, to the emails notifying you of when the service will take place, to the actual day of service. Shaphan was the employee sent to our house and he was very kind, informative and thorough. But the most important aspect of this service is the fact that I don’t have to spray the kids with repellent every time they go outside. No mosquitoes!!

    Last Summer (2018) my neighbors and I could not sit out at all. We tried sitting out during the day but the mosquitos had taken over our lawns. I contacted Mosquito Squad and all 6 of us had them spray our lawns (our lawns are joined in the back). This was the best investment we have ever made. We could sit out on our patios anytime of the day or night. The cost was reasonable and their staff is professional, courteous and prompt.     The mosquito guys who treated my yard were very professional and kind. I asked them to wait for five minutes because my daughter was arriving with her 2 year old triplets . It is always a circus trying to corral three toddlers. They said no problem and we had a nice discussion about two year olds! When we were all finally safely inside they went ahead and sprayed.     We have always had a problem around our pool during the summer backing up to green acres. Store bought sprays only last a day at best. We signed up with MS and mosquitos are gone and the pool is more enjoyable. Great service techs like Marc Quann come out and they notify you before they do, so you are prepared for their arrival and they are nice and courteous. Will continue to use them.

    This is our 2nd year with Cape Cod Mosquito Squad and we are thrilled! The ability to enjoy our yard and deck during the summer without dousing ourselves in insect repellent is wonderful! The technicians who treat the yard are professional, thorough, and courteous and Meagan in the office is a pleasant gem! On one occasion we were noticing mosquito activity 5 days prior to our next treatment, so we called to advise them. Instead of having us wait a few days for the regularly scheduled treatment, Meghan immediately arranged for someone to come out the next day to treat and then pushed our usual treatment out an extra week to ensure the situation was well controlled! When we expressed surprise at the rapid response, Meghan only said " we don't want you to have to wait to enjoy your yard." There may be cheaper operators out there, but the service we receive from Mosquito Squad is worth every penny!!

    We have used Mosquito Squad for a few years now. EVERY time the individual has been consistently amazing. This am we had Garrett who’s been here multiple times. Our dog was out for 1st time this am and had received text from Garrett. I quickly text him back to give us a second to get the dog in. He immediately in the same minute aka text times shown he replied “take your time just give him all clear with ZERO pressure and nothing but kindness. It’s long overdue to recognize individuals like Garrett along with our overall satisfaction on selecting your services. Kudos to all and especially today to Garrett for his excellent communication, level of customer service and Phenomenal positive attitude. He’s simply the best!!

    We always got mosquitos on the back deck of our Cove rental in August. This year, the Ghostbusters-clad sqad dosed our back yard. I must say it really improved things. I am sitting on the deck now at sunset and it's fine.

    I want to go keep this short but I have too much to say ! First off this is my third year attempting getting my yard sprayed and being disappointed every year with other companies . Finally I’ve found a company who cares ! They came on time , everytime ! My neighbors are bee keepers so they came first thing in the morning each time before her bees were out for the day. We use the organic cedar oil spray because we have children and pets and let me tell u it DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!! We live on a river and every year are trapped in the house . Not only morning afternoons and dusk were able to be out but my kids didn’t wake up with mosquito bites on them in the morning ! My dog did not have one tick ! They sent a reminder email days before with the time frame , call or text u when they arrive to remind u again they are here and leave the receipt so u know they came if u aren’t home . Always polite each person who came . I finally found the holy grail of treatments and my kids and pets are safe as well as using the organic option as we have a vegetable garden and just makes me feel safe . Thank you for changing my mind about mosquito treatments I was about to give up on the idea but we have our freedom back with endless hours of outdoor play all summer long . I honestly don’t think one person in my family got a mosquito bite this summer which is so wonderful . Thank u thank U thank u !

    The technictian arrived first thing in the morning and was done in short order. All good. As our service was actually arrainged with my neighbor, the neighbor caught that the order for spraying was miscommunicated between the tech and the office. Grasshopper control was missed. The tech came right back and corrected - applying grasshopper control. Extra work for him on a busy day - but had to be done - appreciate his effort. All over a good, honest experience.

    We first used Mosquito Squad 4 years ago for a 1-time "event" treatment, for an outdoor wedding celebration in our lush yard in early September. That's all it took to make us believers! 80 guests were able to enjoy a mosquito-free evening under the stars at our home, and just days earlier it would have been a feeding frenzy for our yard's mosquito population! (That was a year that it rained torrentially for 2 solid weeks before our party, and the mosquitos were out of control.) We've had Mosquito Squad keeping our yards happy ever since. The technicians always do a thorough job, they're timely and always pay attention to the special notes about treating our yard (such as our bird baths, rainwater collection tanks, and multiple fenced/gated areas within our yard.) I tell everyone I know about Mosquito Squad!
