"We had our first service with Mosquito Squad of Orange County yesterday, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize Jaxson for the outstanding job he did. From the moment he arrived, Jaxson was friendly, professional, and extremely thorough. He took the time to meet with me, listen to my concerns, and discuss the specific areas of our property that needed attention. He spent approximately an hour carefully treating our property, and I was genuinely impressed by his work ethic, attention to detail, and respect for our home. It was clear that he took pride in his work and wanted to make sure the job was done right. Customer service is huge to me, and Jaxson is exactly the kind of employee who leaves a lasting positive impression. He represented Mosquito Squad of Orange County exceptionally well. Thank you, Jaxson, for your hard work, professionalism, and commitment to excellent service. You are a tremendous representative of your company! We look forward to continuing our relationship with Mosquito Squad of Orange County. If our first experience is any indication of what we can expect moving forward, we’re in great hands! "No complaints"
"We have wetlands in our backyard, and mosquitoes used to be a huge problem. Since we started using this service, we’ve had virtually no issues. Occasionally, after a stretch of heavy rain, we’ll see a few, but what really sets this company apart is their responsiveness. They offer unlimited additional treatments at no extra charge and typically come out within a day or two of calling. That’s especially helpful during the summer, particularly around holiday weekends when we have family and friends over. We’ve been extremely happy with the service and highly recommend them!"
