Communication is great - they check in with you before and after the service and are extremely responsive if you ever need to contact them about anything. On one occasion I received a message that they were at my home but were unable to complete the treatment because we had forgotten and left our windows open. They rescheduled our visit within a couple of days with no extra cost to us. I think most companies would have just gone ahead and completed the treatment without giving much thought to the open windows. That kind of concern is unusual these days, I think. Can’t recommend them highly enough."
