"I totally missed reading the email Mosquito Squad sent me telling me to be sure to close my windows. I forgot and headed out to work which was an hour and a half away. Jake called and left message which I didn’t see until a few hours later. They didn’t blow us off and tell us to reschedule Jake and Matthew were very patient and said they’d Prolong their stay in our area in order to wait for us to come home. We really appreciated that.
