"First off, I was a doubter after having used similar services from other companies. They usually got lazier and lazier and the treatments left us still getting bit by mosquitos and having spiders in the house all year. But the lawn treatments from Mosquito Squad in North Shore really work. Not only that, but the staff is truly great. Super polite and they actually treat the entire area as contracted. They even wear body cameras so you have proof if you think they didn’t do the job correctly(also protects them!). But now for a particular shoutout to their allstar employee Kyle: He was a truly excellent communicator upon arrival. While we were standing there we had some friendly wildlife approach out of curiosity. We discussed how to best protect them from any dangerous chemicals and he suggested several very good ideas. When I asked for a different boundary to be treated for this one session, he verified the border I wanted and got right to it. This is the kind of employee that makes a company like this a success. I’ll miss him when he’s called up into management(inevitable) but I know he will continue to do great things for the customers and team at Mosquito Squad North Shore."
