"Service was fine. Only issue I had was the communication about when the technician would arrive. I received a text and email saying the technician is on the way. Two hours later the technician still hadn’t arrived. I called the company and after being put on hold for five minutes I was told that the technician was delayed and that he would arrive within the next three hours. Unbelievable. The company should alert customers about arrival delays in a much more timely manner. Very frustrating."
