Notifications of Service
If you choose Mosquito Squad for your mosquito and tick control service for your backyard, you will always know when we are coming. When you sign up you will receive with your receipt a listing of you scheduled service dates for the whole mosquito and tick season. The day before the scheduled service, a notification with our Technician's name and a two hour window of service time is sent. The notification will include a picture and bio of the Technician that will treat your property.
On the day of the service, you will receive an enroute notification letting you know we are on our way to treat your property. It will also include an estimated time of arrival.
When we have completed our service, a notification will be sent that we have completed our barrier treatment.
You may choose to have these notifications sent to you by text or email. Whichever is the most convenient and easiest for you to manage.
Service At Your Property
Because we want to minimize close contact interactions to keep you and our technicians safe, a Mosquito Squad Technician will not be coming to your door to let you know we are on your property this year. The enroute notification has let you know we are on the way. Our trucks are wrapped with the Mosquito Squad logo. Our technicians have Mosquito Squad branded uniforms. So, you will easily be able to identify our employees on your property.
Our technician will arrive and inspect your property. We ask that all pets and family members away from treatment areas during your service time . Also, to ensure the effectiveness of your treatment, do not run your sprinkler system the day of your service.
We will not be leaving a paper work order at the door. You will receive a text or email notification that we have completed the service.
Mosquito Squad offers one of the best guarantees in the business. If you are not completely satisfied with our service from the effectiveness of our treatment to the performance of our technician, we will come back out and do the treatment again at no charge to you.
